Hillary brings deep firsthand experience running an independent pediatric practice. Before joining Develo, she spent five years as the Practice Manager at Green Mountain Pediatrics, managing staff needs, payroll, insurance contracting, accounts payable and receivable, RCM oversight, HIPAA Compliance, and day-to-day clinic operations. She knows what it actually takes to keep a pediatric practice running smoothly.

As a Customer Success Manager at Develo, Hillary serves as a trusted partner to the practices we work with. She’s dedicated to helping practices optimize their EMR experience, from upfront implementation to ongoing performance improvement, so they can spend more time on the things that matter — like providing exceptional patient care.
