Aaron Sin, MD

Aaron is a Stanford MD who has published research spanning pediatric outpatient care operations and the economics of pediatric care. He combines his clinical background with deep business and product expertise from serving health systems and payers at McKinsey, and launching value-based care products across the healthcare value chain as a product leader at Innovaccer.

At Develo, Aaron leads the company’s vision to bring the first pediatric operating system to pediatric practices across the United States. In the face of accelerating industry headwinds and the rise of AI, he believes it is imperative that pediatricians look beyond the limited scope of traditional EMRs to sustain private practice success. His rare blend of frontline clinical experience, enterprise product leadership, and strategic advisory depth gives him a distinctive lens on where healthcare technology has fallen short — and what it will take to fix it.
